Nick Minaj may have been snubbed a Grammy but she snagged herself a new man. According to Bossip and TMZ his name is Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, a 40-year-old father of five, who also is a convicted rapist.

Most fans are claiming it’s a case of mistaken identity but it appears he looks exactly like the mugshots that are in the public record. Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1995. He was also 16 at the time. His last girlfriend Noelle also verified this is Perry and she even tried to warn Nicki to run and that he was only using her. And although Nicki did not respond it shows she read the messages on Instagram.

The rap sheet doesn’t stop there. According to TMZ, Petty was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, and served another 7 years for shooting a man. He was released in 2013.

Everyone has a past and although I’m happy she’s happy do you think Nicki should reconsider this relationship?
