PAYUP. Nicki Minaj and her husband are being sued by rape victim for harassment and emotional distress after Nicki allegedly asked victim to change her story.

Her husband was convicted for first-degree attempted rape in 1995, which is the reason he has to register as a sex offender. The victim claims Nicki and her husband directly and indirectly harassed her and threatened her to not speak about the incident. She claims they have inflicted emotional distress upon her as a result. Allegedly, the victim claims Nicki had someone reach out to her brother and offered him $50,000  in exchange for a statement recanting her rape allegations against her husband.

Will Nicki have to pay?
