Wap. Complaints were made to the Federal Communications Commission after Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s performance of WAP at the Grammys.

Cardi and Megan performed to WAP with “explict outfits” as outlined in the complaints made to the FCC. The stage included a stripper pole and women drowning in dollar bills.The FCC confirmed it has received over 80 complaints from viewers about the nature of the performance, many stated it was borderline pornographic. A viewers complaint stated why WAP performance is allowed but Pepe Le Pew is offensive, which is a reference to the Looney Tunes character getting canceled for allegedly perpetuating rape culture.
