Trailing an arrest earlier on this month, Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, has been charged with felony domestic violence.According to TMZ, People, and other news outlets, after a night out drinking Panettiere and her boyfriend supposedly entered into a heated altercation, which turned physical quickly.  Allegedly, it was found that her boyfriend started the fight and was arrested. Hickerson was released after posting a bond. Since then, Hickerson has been charged with “one felony count of injuring a spouse, cohabitant, girlfriend.” His arraignment has been scheduled. It is uncertain whether Hickerson has obtained legal counsel.

Given the seriousness of the charge against Hickerson, he should obtain legal counsel to defend himself, as this is not the first time the police have been called on him for matters similar to this.
