#BrianFlores has returned to the #NFL.

The #Steelers named the former Dolphins head coach as a senior defensive assistant and linebackers coach. Flores, who was fired by Miami following the season, subsequently sued all 32 NFL teams for discriminatory hiring practices after he was passed up for head coaching jobs this offseason, including by the Giants.

Tomlin is one of two black head coaches in the league, along with the Texans’ Lovie Smith. New Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel, who succeeded Flores, is biracial.

Though he has returned to coaching in the NFL, Flores will not abandon the lawsuit.
