Rapper Lil Xan is under investigation for assault with deadly weapon after he pulled a gun on an alleged victim during a disagreement. The rapper claims he pulled the gun in self-defense.

According to TMZ and other news platforms, Lil Xan pulled out a gun multiple times on an alleged victim for saying that Tupac’s music is boring. Which escalated quickly turning into a bigger altercation. Xan claims he only pulled the gun because he felt like he was going to be attacked by the alleged victim. Since then the victim has filed a report for assault with deadly weapon. Moreover, the police are trying to obtain videos of the altercation and still need to get Lil Xan’s side of the story before proceeding further.

If Lil Xan is charged for assault with a deadly weapon he could be facing up to four years in prison and/or a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars. However, if he can prove that he pulled the gun in self-defense he might be off the hook but it does look like the alleged victim has a good story. The victim might be able to prove that there was an assault as a gun was pulled on him and he feared his life which is in short an assault with a deadly weapon.
