Sayonara: Rapper Lil Durk Bailed Out of Jail in Attempted Murder Case

See you later. Rapper Lil Durk posts $250k bond to get out of jail in an attempted murder case. The judge granted the bail as he determined that Durk is not a flight risk.

As reported by TMZ, and other news outlets, Lil Durk posted a $250k bond in his attempted murder case. The rapper turned himself in earlier this month after there was an arrest warrant issued for a shooting outside a restaurant in Atlanta. He was charged with five felonies; criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime. The judge has allowed Durk bail, however, there were many restrictions placed on what he can and cannot do. The rapper has to wear an ankle monitor, he can’t have any contact with any gang members, and can’t possess any weapons.

Lil Durk may be free for now, however, if he violates any of the bail conditions, fails to show up to court, or gets arrested again, his bail will be revoked meaning he will be taken into custody again. If this happens he will forfeit the $250k he posted for the bond.

Stay tuned to see if the rapper stays out of trouble.
