According to Bossip and TMZ\u00a0his name is <b>Kenneth \u201cZoo\u201d Petty<\/b>, a 40-year-old father of five, who also is a convicted rapist.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/F5314798-909E-421A-81A6-D9C18E443641.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-786 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/F5314798-909E-421A-81A6-D9C18E443641-250x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/F5314798-909E-421A-81A6-D9C18E443641-250x300.jpeg 250w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/F5314798-909E-421A-81A6-D9C18E443641.jpeg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Most fans are claiming it\u2019s a case of mistaken identity but it appears he looks exactly like the mugshots that are in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nysexoffenders.com\/offender\/kenny-petty-7370\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">public record<\/a>. Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1995. He was also 16 at the time. His last girlfriend\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/redbone_noe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Noelle <\/a><\/b>also verified this is Perry and she even tried to warn Nicki to run and that he was only using her. And although Nicki did not respond it shows <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hoodstarzmusic\/status\/1068990910707331072?s=21\">she read the messages on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The rap sheet doesn\u2019t stop there. According to TMZ,\u00a0Petty was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, and served another 7 years for shooting a man.
