She also registered her maiden name, &#8220;Hailey Baldwin,&#8221; as well as &#8220;HRB3,&#8221; under her company, Rhodedeodato Corp.<\/p>\n<p>The couple who were engaged in July, officially tied the knot in secret without a prenuptial agreement at a NYC courthouse in September.<\/p>\n<p>Hailey is smart to register her as many names as possible to protect her commercial interests.
