The previous rules meant that an older sister would come further down the pecking order than her younger brother.<\/p>\n<p>While the baby\u2019s pecking order has been determined, his or her title has not. Under current law, the baby would not automatically get the title of prince or princess but Queen Elizabeth has the power to give the baby this title if she chooses since she did it for Prince William\u2019s children Charlotte and George.
