Most damming against plaintiff\u2019s is that he has a\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1.125rem; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">&#8216;Born to lose&#8217; tattoo on his neck and her model doesn\u2019t.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fortunately for Cardi this plaintiff can\u2019t successfully sue her for using a model that has the same or similar back tattoo as him.
