{"id":595,"date":"2018-04-02T19:23:48","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T00:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/?p=595"},"modified":"2018-04-02T19:44:02","modified_gmt":"2018-04-03T00:44:02","slug":"chris-brown-violates-restraining-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/home\/chris-brown-violates-restraining-order\/","title":{"rendered":"Chris Brown Violates Restraining Order?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well not quite.\u00a0 Last week Wendy Williams amongst many persons sounded off on Chris Brown posting messages on his Instagram page about his ex Karrueche Tran.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Claws<\/em><\/strong> actress Karrueche as we have previously reported has a 5 year restraining order against Brown for what she alleged as a domestic violence.\u00a0 Chris must stay 100 yards away and not directly contact Karrueche using any medium.<\/p>\n<p>Chris last week posted these two posts:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chris-brown-misses-karrueche-tran.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-596 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chris-brown-misses-karrueche-tran-216x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"536\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chris-brown-misses-karrueche-tran-216x300.png 216w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chris-brown-misses-karrueche-tran.png 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chrisIGmessage.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-597 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chrisIGmessage-186x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"308\" height=\"497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chrisIGmessage-186x300.jpg 186w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/chrisIGmessage.jpg 634w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 308px) 100vw, 308px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Neither posts were posted on her page and no direct communication in person, online, or over the phone was ever made with Karrueche.\u00a0 Restraining orders do not prevent someone from posting something on their own page but because it appears to be in poor judgement since there is a restraining order his attorney made him take them down.\u00a0 Poor Chris, he seems to be still peeping over the fence and trying to wish her well!
