Blac Chyna is back in the news. Chyna whose real name is Angela White is once again a victim of revenge porn.\u00a0 Early Monday morning a one-minute and twenty-three second recording was posted anonymously on twitter. The video shows White performing oral sex on a man, whom was later identified as her ex-boyfriend Mechie.<\/p>\n
Allegations have been flying around about who exactly leaked the recording. Regardless of who leaked the clip, if White did not consent for it to be released it is considered revenge porn.\u00a0 Revenge porn can be defined as the publication of explicit materials portraying someone who has not consented for the image to be shared. \u00a0White is currently working with investigators to figure out who leaked the video and take legal action against them.<\/p>\n
In California being convicted of revenge porn is a misdemeanor, and the perpetrator can face up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. \u00a038 States and the District of Columbia have revenge porn laws.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
