The couple initially sued the company for allegedly using the name, likeness, and trade dress of Tiny&#8217;s girl group, OMG Girlz. MGA Entertainment named one of their toys, &#8220;L.O.L. Surprise OMG dolls\u201d in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case was initially declared a mistrial when the T.I and Tiny&#8217;s lawyer accused the company of racist cultural appropriation. The lawsuit when on again this month and the jury ultimately ruled in favor of MGA Entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did the jury make the right decision?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOSES.
