Samatha claimed Meghan \u201corchestrated the campaign to defame and destroy her sister\u2019s and her father\u2019s reputation and credibility.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, on Thursday, March 30, 2023, the Florida judge did not agree with Samantha as they thought Meghan\u2019s remarks were opinions and \u201cnot capable of being proved false.\u201d This reason led Meghan to win this defamation case against her sister Samantha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thoughts?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winner.
