Because of the apparent copyright situation \u2014 remember, Kelis isn\u2019t listed as a writer-composer, Pharell Williams and Hugo are \u2014 all she can really do is vent. The way Beyonc\u00e9 apparently used \u201cMilkshake\u201d is also important here. Beyonc\u00e9 appeared to interpolate \u201cMilkshake\u201d \u2014 that is, use portions of the written music \u2014 but not outright sample it, as sampling entails using the actual recording.<\/p>\n<p>Thoughts?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STOLEN?
