In the meantime, he must cough up $12,500 a month for rent.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cBreakaway\u201d singer previously agreed to give Blackstock over 5 percent of the rural estate. His share equates to $908,800 of its $17,750,000 estimated value.<\/p>\n<p>Clarkson initially won the heavily fought-over home last October, but Blackstock argued it was \u201cmarital property\u201d and not part of their prenuptial agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Blackstock will now get a one-time sum of just over $1.3 million, as well as monthly child support payments of $45,601 and spousal support payments of $115,000 per month until January 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Thoughts in whether women should pay men if they have more?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DONESO. #KellyClarkson and #BrandonBlackstock have finally reached a settlement in their bitter divorce battle.
