After Manson\u2019s death was announced, Tate\u2019s sister Debra told <em>People<\/em> she said a prayer for his soul.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Charles-Manson-Victims-1024x405.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-492 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Charles-Manson-Victims-1024x405-300x119.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Charles-Manson-Victims-1024x405-300x119.jpg 300w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Charles-Manson-Victims-1024x405-768x304.jpg 768w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Charles-Manson-Victims-1024x405.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 444px) 100vw, 444px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Manson never claimed responsibility for her sister\u2019s murder, and he put all the blame on his followers.\u00a0 Prosecutors said that Manson handed out knives to his followers and he ordered them to kill high-profile people to start a race war.\u00a0\u00a0 Now Leslie Van Houten, the youngest member of the Manson family, was granted parole in September. Gov. Jerry Brown will decide whether to approve or deny her release in the next 120 days.
