This time against &#8220;Rocky&#8221; actor Sylvester Stallone.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you need to know: <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span title=\"Edited\">Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl while filming a movie in the late 1980s in a police report obtained by DailyMail.com <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"Edited\">The Rocky star was 40 years old when an unnamed teenager disclosed that she had been &#8216;intimidated&#8217; into having sex with him and his bodyguard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"Edited\">But in an interview with TMZ, the star&#8217;s ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen, said the incident could not have occurred because the couple were inseparable at the time <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span title=\"Edited\">Sadly this isn\u2019t the first time Stallone has been accused of sexual assault. In 2001, an exotic dancer named Margie Carr woman filed a lawsuit against the actor, alleging he \u201cforcibly pinned\u201d her against a wall and tore off her clothes at a Santa Monica fitness center where they both worked out. Then there were the allegations involving Stallone\u2019s late half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti, which also revealed an ugly drama at the heart of Stallone\u2019s extended family which he eventually paid a multi million dollar settlement to.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span title=\"Edited\">I guess its 3 strikes and you are out.
