The saga continues.<\/p>\n

It appears that opposing counsel in Tom Girardi’s ongoing legal case won’t take “no” for an answer when it comes to holding Erika Jayne responsible for ex-husband’s legal troubles.<\/p>\n

As you may recall, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s ex-husband is being sued for allegedly embezzling client money from victims of Lion Air Flight 610. Girardi also recently hinted<\/a> that he believes Erika Jayne knew about the legal issues regarding the embezzlement.<\/p>\n

Now, it looks like attorney Jay Edelson et al are taking it a step further by trying to obtain unaired footage from Bravo that they believe will incriminate Jayne in the matter.<\/p>\n

“We are very confident that Bravo has information that will be helpful in our efforts to recover client money stolen by Tom Girardi,\u201d Edelson states. Edelson also said in a previous statement,\u00a0\u201cThe victims have had to endure watching the \u2018Real Housewives\u2019 cast do things like eat caviar pie and drink specially-made vodka served by white-gloved staff as they pay lip service to the lives Tom has ruined. The victims have watched Erika cry crocodile tears as she is \u2018forced\u2019 to move into a $10,000-a-month apartment while she and her glam squad parade around in a lifestyle few of us will ever know.\u201d<\/p>\n
