According to new legal documents obtained by\u00a0TMZ, rapper and franchise owner Rick Ross\u00a0is expected to start paying\u00a0Briana Singleton $11,000\u00a0a month in child support for their three\u00a0kids. (Ross has one other child\u00a0from another\u00a0relationship.) The documents say\u00a0Ross also needs to pay for his kids\u2019 health insurance and\u00a0extracurricular activities, figures estimated to be around $7,560 a month.\u00a0The Maybach Music mogul might be\u00a0required to provide additional annual payments for up to $3,000 per child. Rick also agreed to pay Brianna\u2019s attorney around $25,000, an expense he can afford according to the documents, which list his monthly income at around $585,000. (Singleton\u2019s is apparently listed as $142.)<\/p>\n

The previous year,\u00a0a DNA test confirmed that Ross was the father of Singleton’s children Berkeley and Billion. At the time, Singleton was also pregnant with the former couple\u2019s third child. She sued Ross for paternity and child support. If you have a claim for child support, it is likely Rick Ross was avoiding any financial paternal responsibilities. However, it is also possible Singleton was looking for a more reliable flow of financial support from Ross. In California, you pay child support until the age of 18 or 19 if the child is unmarried and still attending high school full time.<\/p>\n
