Mainly for travel violations when he was dating Nicki Minaj. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Edited\">In a bizarre twist, Meeks lawyers are appealing judgment and claiming the judge (a black female judge) acted inappropriately by asking him to give her a shout out in a remix to a Boys II Men song and he refused. Not sure I\u2019m buying that part of the story. ?.
