Network.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>Complaint details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In court documents, Kardashian claims that Chyna \u201cbecame extremely intoxicated on drugs and alcohol and physically assaulted\u201d him on Dec. 14, 2016. First, Kardashian says, Chyna \u201cconferenced\u201d his friends on FaceTime, \u201cand was carelessly playing with Rob\u2019s gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later that night, Kardashian alleges Chyna \u201clunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle [him] with the cord around his neck.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The father of one \u201cwas able to escape her grasp, however he suffered injuries to his neck\u201d while Chyna \u201cchased after Rob and repeatedly struck him in the head and face,\u201d according to court documents.The complaint says \u201cChyna pursued Rob outside the house as [he] tried to escape in his Bentley,\u201d which caused her to throw \u201ca nearby chair at Rob\u2019s car causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob.\u201dKardashian claims he has documentation of the resulting neck injuries he suffered from the entire ordeal<\/p>\n<p>After the fight, Kardashian claims that Chyna damaged a television, broke down a door, damaged the walls and destroyed cell phones in the house. Jenner, 20, claims in the suit that the damages to her house were in excess of $100,000.<span class=\"m_1919832086893972491s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Further, the complaint says Chyna \u201cterrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases, because Kylie was dating Tyga who was the father of Chyna\u2019s first child, King Cairo\u201d as well as saying she \u201cwould threaten to beat up Rob\u2019s sisters and was disrespectful towards Rob\u2019s mother Kris.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the suit, Kardashian and Jenner allege Chyna \u201cbecame pregnant with Rob\u2019s child, demonstrating one of [her] deliberate actions to cash in on the Kardashians fame.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>Blac Chyna&#8217;s response:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A source close to Chyna tells PEOPLE magazine that the fight at Jenner\u2019s house was \u201cnot a real thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt makes sense on their part to come up with a counter claim for the very real Porn Revenge claim made against him,\u201d the source said.\u00a0\u201cRevenge porn, posting naked pictures to 9 million people across the world,\u201d the source continued. \u201cNone of that compares to an altercation that they got into at Kylie\u2019s house. They\u2019re so miles apart and it really distracts from the real sexual and domestic abuse that took place.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4) <strong>Custody and Domestic abuse case:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chyna is pleased that Rob has agreed to peacefully coparent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along,\u201d Chyna\u2019s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told PEOPLE magazine:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBecause Rob agreed to continue to stay away from Chyna and not contact her, Chyna has agreed to take the domestic abuse hearing (regarding April 2017 incident where Rob allegedly punched her) scheduled for\u00a0Monday, Sept. 18, off calendar.
