Blac Chyna has secured another victory in her ongoing legal battle against Kris Jenner and the Kardashians.<\/p>\n

Chyna\u2019s attorney, Lynne Ciani, told Page Six in a statement that a California appeals court ruled that Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, is entitled to a jury trial in her defamation and intentional interference with contract case regarding the cancellation of her former E! show, \u201cRob & Chyna.\u201d<\/p>\n

Three appellate judges agreed with the trial judge\u2019s ruling that Chyna had submitted \u201csubstantial evidence\u201d supporting claims against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Chyna’s \u201cevidence\u201d reportedly proves that the family’s momager \u201clied\u201d about her claims that \u201cChyna beat the s\u2013t out of Rob\u2019s face\u201d. It was the same alleged lie Kris used to have the reality series canceled.<\/p>\n

\u201cChyna also proved that, although Kris Jenner was the ringleader for the plot to get Season 2 of \u2018Rob & Chyna\u2019 canceled, Kim Kardashian West, Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner each separately defamed and intentionally interfered with Chyna\u2019s contract for Season 2 \u2014 so all three daughters face a trial by jury for their illegal conduct against Chyna.\u201d Ciani’s statement read. The trial is set to begin on Nov. 29, 2021, where Chyna is seeking \u201cmillions of dollars\u201d in damages.<\/p>\n
