However, the relationship soured over disputes concerning money and culminated in Ellison kidnapping Tekashi at gunpoint in Brooklyn and extorting him for cash and jewelry. During the incident, Ellison stole over $750,000 worth of Tekashi\u2019s jewelry including a Cuban Link bracelet, 4 diamond rings, a spinning 69 diamond chain, a $95,000 My Little Pony necklace and a chain of the Jigsaw character from the movie \u201cSaw,\u201d according to Daily News.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9-Trey-Gangsta-Bloods.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3618 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9-Trey-Gangsta-Bloods-300x205.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9-Trey-Gangsta-Bloods-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9-Trey-Gangsta-Bloods-768x525.jpg 768w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/9-Trey-Gangsta-Bloods.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In last year\u2019s infamous trial, Tekashi testified against former gang affiliates, Ellison and Ajermiah \u201cNuke\u201d Mack under a cooperation agreement with the government. During his testimony, Tekashi broke down crying as he described being abducted and forced from his SUV at gunpoint. After trial, Ellison was found guilty of racketeering conspiracy for his participation in the Nine Trey enterprise, kidnapping in aid of racketeering, and maiming and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tekashi-upset.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3617 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tekashi-upset-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tekashi-upset-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Tekashi-upset.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 398px) 100vw, 398px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the prison term, Ellison was sentenced to 5 years of supervised release. Although Tekashi was released early from his 2 year sentence early due to COVID for his connection in the gang-related activities, his fight in court is not over. He was recently sued by an unnamed woman for his involvement in the creation and release of an <a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/stoopid-tekashi-6ix9ine-sued-for-underage-sex-video-from-2015\/\">underage sex tape<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Will the sentencing bring Tekashi peace of mind or will he\u00a0forever &#8220;have to look over his shoulder?&#8221; &#8211; Prosecutor Michael D.
