She stated that LAPD officers drove her to the hospital where she had surgery to remove multiple bullets.<\/p>\n<p>She added that she is \u201cincredibly grateful to be alive\u201d and is expected to make a full recovery.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Meghan-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2602 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Meghan-2-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on Sunday morning when LAPD responded to a call of multiple gunshots outside of a party Megan was attending at 4:30 am. The police found her in a SUV with fellow rapper Tory Lanez, who was charged with a felony count of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.
