If you have not been watching the saga between these two, here is the recap:<\/p>\n OG has labeled Evelyn a racist following an intense argument (also citing previous \u201cling ling\u201d and alleged \u201cgorilla\u201d comments), and Evelyn believes that OG was a groupie who tried to get with her ex-husband, Chad Ocho Cinco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This has all resulted in Evelyn filing a lawsuit against OG claiming the racist labeling was completely uncalled for and is suing for defamation and infliction of emotional distress. On top of that, according to TMZ<\/em>, Evelyn recently filed legal docs asking for a temporary restraining order against OG.<\/p>\n However, the judge recently denied the restraining order, saying the matter is more appropriately handled through the lawsuit Evelyn already filed. It should also be noted that restraining orders are typically not given if it is not \u201congoing harassment\u201d or \u201cimminent threat to bodily harm\u201d.<\/p>\n Evelyn has previously pointed out that she\u2019s of Hispanic descent and \u201cher 2 children are African and Hispanic descent.\u201d In addition to that, she says she\u2019s the chairperson of her foundation which raises money for abused women and has raised thousands of dollars for the Sauti Yeti Center for African Women. Evelyn claims \u201cthese are actions of a person that is not racist,\u201d as stated to TMZ.<\/p>\n While Evelyn may not have as strong of a restraining order claim she does have a very strong defamation claim. As\u00a0a result of OG calling her a racist on social media, Evelyn claims she lost several brand deal endorsements. These economic damages are necessary to show proof of loss in a defamation claim due to untrue statements. Evelyn may even have a defamation per se case which doesn\u2019t require her to even prove damages since it would fall in the category of untrue statements regarding her conduct of her \u201cbusiness, trade or profession\u201d.<\/p>\n So much drama has erupted that the ladies did not all film together on the reunion that aired yesterday.
