Daniel Hernandez aka Tekashi 69 has agreed as we previously reported to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>cooperate with the prosecution and testify in a separate kidnapping case in exchange for avoiding a 47 year prison term for his separate gun and racketeering charges in another case. The Defendant, Anthony Ellison,\u00a0in the case is a former member of Tekashi\u2019s management team and alleged gang member of the Nine Trey Bloods which is the same gang as Tekashi. Ellison claims the kidnapping of Tekashi was \u201cstaged\u201d for album sales.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s the one thing that will keep Tekashi out of testifying? If Ellison strikes a a last minute plea deal. As the trial date approaches Tekashi is fearful that his family will be killed or harmed if he takes the stand. The Prosecution has agreed that is previous molestation charges<\/a> will not be brought up as apart of his testimony and they also agreed to give him witness protection if he cooperates once he is released. However, I\u2019m not sure how they will work unless he gets facial surgery, loses hair color and chooses a whole other profession…smh.<\/p>\n
