Miami-Dade PD is still investigating, but there are no suspects at this time. Ironic how just days before the shooting, Kodak Black wrote Yung Miami a dis freestyle in which he allegedly threatens to hit her in the stomach for refusing to marry him.<\/p>\n<p>Under Florida law, the crime of shooting or throwing a deadly missile is a second degree felony. Once suspect(s) are found and if convicted, they may be sentenced up to 15 years in prison, as well as possible probation.
