{"id":1016,"date":"2019-05-21T19:07:23","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T00:07:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/?p=1016"},"modified":"2019-05-22T17:46:13","modified_gmt":"2019-05-22T22:46:13","slug":"grand-jury-nipsey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/home\/grand-jury-nipsey\/","title":{"rendered":"Trial: Grand Jury indicts Nipsey Hussle Murder Suspect"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"story-container\">\n<p>Eric Holder has been officially indicted by the Grand jury on one count of murder of Rapper Nipsey Hussle and two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/D50136C8-958A-4FFB-AA28-723A660B3711.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-996\" src=\"http:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/D50136C8-958A-4FFB-AA28-723A660B3711-300x168.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/D50136C8-958A-4FFB-AA28-723A660B3711-300x168.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/D50136C8-958A-4FFB-AA28-723A660B3711-768x431.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/askcarterlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/D50136C8-958A-4FFB-AA28-723A660B3711.jpeg 780w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"story-container\">\n<p>It includes allegations that Holder &#8220;personally used a handgun and caused great bodily injury and death.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"story-container\">\n<p>The grand jury indictment means they can skip a preliminary hearing and head straight to trial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Some additional evidence has also recently surfaced that may weigh in favor of Holder\u2019s not guilty plea. Witnesses have reported to authorities that they saw their neighbor being attacked by Holder right before Nipsey was murdered. The neighbor who has also came forward is a drug dealer and Holder thought the marijuana he was sold was laced with some other drugs because he didn\u2019t feel well.
