She is former counsel with Universal Music Group and law clerk for the New York Supreme Court and is the current Principal of the Carter Law Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Her focus is entertainment and business law with a focus on intellectual property matters including Trademark, Copyright and Likeness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Her legal work has been most notably been featured in Forbes, TMZ and Yahoo news.
