Confronted: Kamala Harris prosecution record challenged

#KamalaHarrisDestroyed. During Wednesday night’s debate, Tulsi Gabbard questioned Senator Kamala Harris on her record as a prosecutor. Gabbard claimed Harris put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations, gave out life sentences, and sent innocent people to death row.

Here is a clip of the video:

Tulsi questioned Harris for putting “over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.” She claimed Harris owed an apology to many innocent people during her term as a prosecutor. Furthermore, Gabbard went on to claim Harris blocked evidence which sent innocent men to death row and kept many in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California.

There have been many allegations made against Harris, which can lead to an investigation during her term as a prosecutor. If she indeed blocked evidence sending innocent men to death row and kept people in prison longer than their sentences, this will only hurt her position in running for President.Issuing an apology might be a good start for Harris. As Harris’s only response to the questioning was to remind Gabbard of where is she was in the running and that at her time as a prosecutor the criminal justice system was broken.

Would you still vote for Kamala after this exposure? Stay tuned for the next debate…
