Bill Cosby set for Retrial

Famous TV dad Bill Cosby will return this week to a Pennsylvania state court. He will face a retrial for three charges of aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004 at his home outside of Philadelphia, Unlike the first trial which ended in June of 2017 with a hung jury, this one will include five “prior bad acts” witnesses. One of those witnesses includes Supermodel Janice Dickinson.

Dickinson stated in a November 2014 interview that Cosby sexually assaulted her in 1982 after the two had dinner in Lake Tahoe.  Cosby denied all allegations and his attorney came out stating that Dickinson claims were fabricated. Dickinson filed a defamation suit against Cosby in May 2015. Cosby is still maintaining his innocence and has plead not guilty to all charges.
