BATTERY. Chris Brown has allegedly been accused of hitting a woman in his LA home. He is currently under investigation for battery.

Allegedly the victim had no injuries and no arrests have been made.The case may be moved to the City Attorney as there does not seem to be enough evidence for more than a misdemeanor. This is the second time in two months cops were called to Chris Browns home, the first being his massive birthday party early last month.

This is also not Brown’s first offense, in 2009 he was arrested for physically assaulting Rihanna. He pleaded guilty to felony assault and completed probation in 2015, in addition to community service and domestic violence counseling.
