Intruder. A woman armed with a knife tried to get onto Drake’s property in Canada while he was home.

A woman allegedly armed with a knife storming Drake’s home and using a metal pipe to strike one of his security guards was reported outside his property. She was arrested before she made it inside his house. There is no information on whether she knew Drake. Another woman broke into Drake’s a few years earlier.

Trespass to land occurs when a person intentionally enters someone else’s property without permission. The only intent required for this claim, is the intent to enter the property.

Will this woman be sued civilly by Drake?
