ILLNESS. Rapper Silento is charged with murdering his cousin in Georgia. His manager claims he is suffering from a series of mental illnesses.

Silento was arrested for allegedly shooting his cousin Fredrick Rooks after an investigation into his death. Police officers found Rooks body late last month with gunshot wounds. The officers have found surveillance videos showing vehicles arriving at the scene and discharge of a gunshot.The Rapper has had several run ins with the law since last year. Prior to this he was arrested and charged with two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon. His manager is claiming Silento has been suffering from a series of mental illnesses over the past few years.

Rarely individuals with mental health problems may be found unfit to stand trial, or not guilty due to their mental impairment.
