Lanez&#8217;s attorneys claim that &#8220;irrelevant evidence&#8221; was used in the trial and that the prosecutors made a &#8220;reversible error&#8221; when they threatened the use Lanez&#8217;s rap lyrics in the trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As it stands, Lanez is facing 22 years in prison after being charged with one felony count each of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. Lanez will also most likely be deported back to Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will Tory be granted the appeal?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPEAL.
