She’s a goner. Love & Hip Hop’s Teairra Mari was arrested in New York for allegedly driving while intoxicated (DWI). She was pulled over when the cops noticed her car was missing a wheel.

According to TMZ, Page Six, and other news outlets, Teairra Mari was arrested for driving under the influence in New York. Allegedly her car had sparks shooting up and the bumper was touching the ground as the right wheel missing. The cops performed the breathalyzer test on Mari, allegedly she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.304 which is more than three times the legal limit. It was also determined that she was in violation of a previous DWI which required her car to have a court ordered ignition interlock. The interlock system prevents the car from starting if the drivers blood alcohol level is more than the legal limit. Teairra Mari was allegedly charged with DWI, violation of a court order, illegal tinted windows, illegal operation of a vehicle, and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle.

Under New York law a second offense DWI within ten years of the first misdemeanor means the driver faces felony penalties. There is also a mandatory fine which can run up to $5,000. Given that this is not Teairra’s first conviction and it is definitely within ten years of the first, she may be facing many penalties, such as jail time or community services and a longer revocation of her drivers license.
